This Delhi Based band was earlier a four piece band known as “Mavas”, then during the course of time, two new members joined in, and the band came to be known as 6ix MHz (pronounced as Six Megahertz). We are a 6 piece band working to make music which can inspire the masses. Adding techno and trance to hard rock, we don’t stick to one genre instead we love to mix different genres. The band was formed in Faridabad by Ankit Arora (rhythm guitarist), Amit Singh (drummer) and Muzamil Yaqoob (bassist) along with our first vocalist Vivek Ahlawat in 2014. During the course of time, the band added two members, Mayank Badoni (lead guitarist) and Ajay Kumar Xess (synth player/producer) and then changed the name to 6ix MHz. Then after few months, Vivek Ahlawat left the and to pursue his goals as a solo vocalist. Then the band added a new vocalist, Niloy Roy in 2015 and continued the journey as 6ix MHz. The Band has been giving performances regularly and some of the latest ones include 1st in Dhun / A beat for skill, organised by National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC). (Performed in front of MITHOON SHARMA, LESLIE LEWIS, KAVITA SETH, CLINTON CEREJO and SUBIR MALIK). Opened for the famous band 'Parikrama' at 'Richardson And Cruddas’Mumbai last year. Recently Performed in HARD ROCK CAFE SAKET. Performed twice at Cyberhub Gurgaon(Friday Jam) || Ranked 2nd in PGDAV college (DU). || Ranked 1st in BSAITM || Ranked 1st in YMCA University Faridabad(Twice). || Ranked 1st in Dayal Singh college (DU) || Ranked 1st in Noida International University.

Its current members include Manideep Paul(Guitarist/ Western Vocalist) | Prateek Sahdev (Bassist/Vocalist) | Ketan Kundal (Guitarist/Vocalist) | Himanshu Sharma (Sufi Vocalist) | Rajat ( Drummer/Percussionist ). The band is celebrated for produce a quirky twist to Hindi songs, leaving the audience spell bound and enthralling for more. The youthful genre in the sounds and the enthralling mix of western and classical is the DNA of coming times. The past comprises of Gigs at Celebrity Hotels, Live shows at Patois, Private shows at Lush Garden properties all over India with their exquisite harmonies, pacifying the pact. Corporate events for companies namely Genpact, Concentrix, iYogi, Egon Zehnder and Hindustan Times (live with "Euphoria"). Some of the other performances include - Events held in hotels such as Radisson BLU, Ashoka, Hyatt, JW Marriott(GOA), Crown Plaza (Gurgaon), Tivoli Garden (Chattarpur farms) Vivanna Haveli (mandawa) etc. Played at Restaurants such as Night Riders (CP), FresCo (Gurgaon-6 months), Punjab Grill (Select City Walk, Delhi), Play@30 (Hauz Khas village) Black Bucks (Rohtak & Gurgaon). Played at colleges like Amity University -Noida, Kamla Nehru College(DU), JNU , SMVDU (Katra- J&K). Have played in many private events. Played for Famous Bands, Events like HT Friday Jam and Opened for Shankar Ehsaan Loy.

Play It By Ear are an acoustic duo: Martin and Samir. Their music is based around original lyrics with finger-picking acoustic guitar. After meeting in college and years playing in the same and different bands later, they decided to put all their songs into an album. After a year of gigging, accompanied by four competition wins, including the All India Renault Free The Music Competition in 2015, they decided to go full time professional, and released their first album - Flicker Flicker Flash - in March 2016, and are now working on new material. John Mpamei is a recording artist, singer-songwriter and musician. Mpamei debuted on the professional music scene alongside Green mixed band,The harvest teams, 2002-2004.His solo career started in 2011,Mpamei gained attention when his single "Fly Away" was featured. As a solo artist in Dubai. John Mpamei is a dedicated, talented and resourceful musician who started his career as a Western Violinist under the supervision of Prof Herick Colby at the age of 13.The profound knowledge in music helped in extending the career to work in renowned schools internationally as a highly talented musician who choreographed and held concerts. Moreover the extensive experience enriched the proficiency in entertaining live audiences in nightclubs, concert halls, and theaters featuring opera, and musical theater, Deep background in playing for live audiences and exclusively for recording and production studios; in addition to teaching. Long anticipation of John Mpamei’s voice that echoed and created a niche in the deserts of Dubai is hitching with his exuberant Music Performance and rock the city of Imphal on July,2012. The Reasonable Hope is all about getting inspired by the space around oneself; expressing thoughts and narrating stories through instrumental pieces and cohesive songwriting. The band plays guitar and effects based extended instrumentals, incorporating mellow bass lines and ambient soundscapes. The idea of the project first came up sometime in 2013 when Yaduveer was writing some material inspired by the experiences and life in his Himalayan hometown. Shortly Samar came in and both started working on the content, giving a form to the ideas and thoughts. The remaining spaces were soon filled by Manish and Anant and the band has been writing and rehearsing old and new material since then.
